VIDEO: Lebanese singer, violinist perform breathtaking cover of ‘Zombie’

A talented Lebanese duo performed a stunning rendition of the song ‘Zombie’ by Irish rock band The Cranberries.

Luciana Zogbi and Andre Soueid posted their cover on YouTube, and the video quickly garnered more than 220,000 views.

“I grew up listening and loving this song,” Zogbi wrote. “It’s amazing how the lyrics are still relevant and resonate deeply with people up to this day.”

‘Zombie’ was written to remember the victims of two separate bomb attacks in 1993 in Warrington, England.

“With everything that’s going on in the world, Andre and I felt like creating our own rendition,” Zogbi added. “Andre’s poignant violin added beautifully to the song. I feel honored to have met and collaborated with this talented soul.”
